가톨릭대학교 공간디자인·소비자학과에서는 중국 상하이 소재 Tongji University, College of Design & Innovation의 김용세 교수님을 초청하여 국제워크샵을 개최합니다.
이번 워크샵에서는 서비스디자인 씽킹(Service Design Thinking)의 Context-Based Activity Modeling(CBAM) 프레임워크를 소개하고, 이를 Adaptive Reuse Project 의 다양한 공간디자인 맥락에 적용합니다. 이론 강의와 실습을 통해 인간의 활동과 공간을 통합적으로 설계하는 방법을 탐구할 예정입니다.

연사소개:
Dr. Yong Se Kim is a Professor of Product Service System Design at the College of Design and Innovation, Tongji University. Yong Se Kim received PhD in Mechanical Engineering at the Design Division of Stanford University with PhD minor in Computer Science. His master degree is also from Stanford University. His undergraduate education was done at Seoul National University. Before joining Tongji in May, 2024, he has been teaching and conducting research in USA, Korea, and Finland since 1990. Dr. Kim served the Advisory Board of the Design Society (DS). He hosted DS International Conference on Engineering Design, 2013 in Seoul. Professor Kim chaired the Asia Design and Innovation Conferences held in 2024 and in 2025 in Shanghai as DS endorsed events. He is co-chairing Product-Service Systems special interest group of DS. He is a senior member of the Serves committee. His research areas include Product-Service Systems Design, Service Design, Smart Experience Design, Design Cognition and Informatics, Design Thinking and Learning.
